Wine Tours

Q: What Wineries does Arrive In Style go to?
A: 15 Wineries in all from Shamong to Cape May, see list on our 'Wineries' page.

Q: How many wineries can we visit during a 4-hour tour?
A: Usually  3-4 wineries. It depends on how long you stay at each winery and how far apart they are.  Average time at each winery 30-40 minutes.

A: The customer chooses the wineries or we can assist you with your selection. You can go to any winery in South Jersey but we suggest you choose wineries close together..

A: We will pick-up your group in a private stretch limousine, limo-bus or stretch SUV wherever you choose and visit 3 or 4 wineries of your choice and return you to the same pick-up location.Your time starts when we pick you up and ends at the last drop-off. We prefer to drop-off our customers at their residence to prevent them from operating a vehicle.

A: We would prefer you did not bring your own alcohol as this is a wine tasting tour. Keep in mind, visiting 4 wineries, tasting 4 types of wine @ 2 ounces each, is equal to 32 oz or a quart of wine in about 3 hours in mid afternoon. Drinking water between wineries is your best option. Food is allowed (and encouraged) in the vehicles.

A: Depending on where your winery itinerary takes you. There is Harrahs in Chester, Pa, Delaware Park in Wilmington, De and Atlantic City, NJ.

Q: What Happens if we run Overtime?
A: Overtime is an option as long as the vehicle is not reserved for another event immediatly following your tour. It is best to give yourself the extra time if you think you might need it.

 Weddings

Q: Why are traditional wedding packages 3-hours?

A:What we consider a 'Traditional Wedding', is when a couple exchange vows in one location (such as a church or other place), and the wedding reception is being held at another location such as a catering hall.

Why 3 hours are needed with a traditional wedding. For this example we will assume the bride and groom are in different pick-up locations but are 15 minutes from the church and the reception hall is no further than 20 minutes from the church. Also only one vehicle is being rented for this example.

First, the limousine (SUV or limo-bus) will pick-up the groom and groomsman and bring them to the church. The ushers should be at the church 1/2 hour before the ceremony to seat guests.

Then the limousine will go get the bride and bridesmaids and bring them to the church. The ceremony usually takes 40 minutes and if there is going to be a receiving line after the ceremony add another 30 minutes. Then back into the church for pictures and then to the park or other place for more pictures and finally to the reception hall. All of that will take every bit of 3 hours.

A 'One Way Drop' is when couples have their ceremony and reception performed in the same location and only need a vehicle(s) to bring them to that one location. This type of service usually requires one hour vehicle rental.

Wedding Shuttle Service

Q: How will my guest know if you are in the middle of a shuttle run?

A: When we arrive at the hotel, the chauffeur will inform the hotel's front desk clerk that they are there to pick up your wedding guest and give the clerk an Arrive In Style business card . Our vehicle will have a sign with the last name's of  the bride and groom in the vehicle window.

The chauffeur will inform the front desk every time he or she leaves to do a shuttle run and will give the approximate time the vehicle will return. The chauffeur will also inform the front desk when they are doing their last run.

Q: Do your shuttles  run at specific intervals like every half hour?

A: No. We do a shuttle run when we get the vehicle close to full so that the runs are kept to a minimum. If a few guests leave the reception early enough, we would bring them back to the hotel weather or not the van had other guest aboard.
